Tiffany has been an athlete all of her life and was one of the first adapted athletes that started at Functional Performance,

In 2019, Tiffany started competing in international and national CrossFit competitions.

Tiffany qualified and took 2nd place in the world in the seated 2 adapted division at an international CrossFit event, Wodapalooza in Miami, Florida in July 2019.

As of July 2021, Tiffany qualified for the finals in the WheelWod Games, an international CrossFit competition
